My Journey
My journey to becoming a business coach began with a lot of uncertainty, and a relentless drive to succeed. Like many of you, I started as an aspiring entrepreneur with big ideas but little direction. I remember sleepless nights, self-doubt, and the steep learning curve that came with building my first business. Through perseverance, strategic thinking, and a willingness to learn from every failure, I've turned that dream into a thriving reality.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats from startup founder, head of product, marketing consultant, or business development expert. Each role taught me invaluable lessons about what it takes to succeed in business: the importance of a clear vision, the power of resilience, and the need for actionable strategies that deliver results. I’ve celebrated wins, navigated setbacks, and learned how to adapt in an ever-changing business landscape.
As I grew in my career, I realized that my true passion lies in helping others achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. I’ve always been the person friends and colleagues turned to for advice, mentorship, and encouragement. It became clear that my purpose was to empower others to overcome the challenges I once faced and to guide them toward success.
Today, I bring 15 years of hands-on experience, proven strategies, and a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey to my coaching practice. I’ve helped dozens of startups, small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into profitable ventures, scale their operations, and build businesses that align with their values and goals.

Biography
Zi Donnya Piggott is a passionate leader, business executive, product manager, and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion. As the former CEO and Co-Founder of Pink Coconuts, an LGBTQ+ travel and e-commerce platform, she combines technology with inclusivity to create safe, empowering spaces for queer travelers around the world.
Her advocacy journey began with co-founding an LGBTQ+ organization in the Caribbean focused on improving the social, political, and economic conditions for the community. She also served as the Caribbean Lead for Open for Business, where she championed economic inclusion in regions where it has been historically challenging. Her efforts have earned international recognition, including the Queen's Young Leader Award presented by Queen Elizabeth II.
Zi has spoken at major forums like TEDx, The Economist, and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings, consistently inspiring audiences with her vision for change. She is a Watson University Scholar and a scholarship winner from the Organisation of American States where she completed her MBA at Formato Educativo Business School in Spain and winner of the One Young World SDG 10 Challenge for her work advancing social justice.
With a background in social entrepreneurship, product management, business development, and advocacy, Zi continues to use technology and travel as powerful tools for creating inclusive environments and empowering marginalized communities. Through her leadership, she has not only transformed the LGBTQ+ travel industry but also driven global progress toward equality and acceptance.
